A handmade book exploring the ambiance of St Giles Hill through the theme of absence.
This brief required us to create a supplement based on a parent magazine, I choose the Architecture & design magazine Blueprint. I then went on to create my supplement Legacy, which is a publication focusing on the architectural legacy of Germany’s five ruling powers.
A quick few screen shots of my supplement layout design, I will share the printed version soon (promise).

Here is a few photos of my limited edition publication celebrating the work of T.S Eliot’s Burnt Norton
My Tumblr has been so neglected lately. I need to draw lots and lots, design lots and lots and share with the world again :D. I’ll post some of my uni work soon
Daily Pic: In the Art Unlimited section of the Basel fair, Walead Beshty is presenting his “Copper Surrogate” piece. The three panels start out as mirror-finished metal and then, as they get moved and hung in various art spaces, they tarnish wherever a hand has touched them. They work almost like photographs, automatically recording the world they move through. Normally, everything is done to remove any traces of the passage of art through the system. It’s great to see Beshty revealing it.
The Daily Pic, along with more global art news, can also be found on the Art Beast page at TheDailyBeast.com.
Wana look into this, interested
